Shipping Time:
The time it takes a product to leave our store.
RussianTreasure.com does ship overseas.
RussianTreasure.com does NOT make extra money on shipping.
Delivery Time: The time it takes the item to get to you after it leaves
our store. Standard Delivery takes 2-8 business days, Express delivery
takes 2-3 business days.

returns
Our
return policy is simple. If you buy something from us and are not
completely happy with it, just return it to us. We'll give you a
full refund, replacement or exchange.
To return an item, simply send us a request. Then ship the item
back. Upon receiving it, you'll be credited back the amount you
paid, less shipping change. It's that simple.
For your protection, please return the merchandise through a trackable shipping method, preferably with the
proof of delivery. In order to receive the credit, exchange or refund for your returned merchndise, it must be
returned in the original condition, unused and not damaged. All returns should be sent to the following address:

Checking
order status (for a limited time only)
To
check the status of your order, click on "My
Account" in the upper right-hand corner of any page, then click
on "Order History". You can compare
the order number you received on your order confirmation email (for
those with email addresses) to the orders listed there.
If you ordered by phone, and do not have an email address, please call
Customer Service at 1 (415) 346-0977 to check your order status.
Tracking my order
Please check your "Order History", (found in "My Account").
Please be advised that status information may not be available
immediately upon receipt of shipment confirmation due to the fact
that Carrier may have not yet scanned your package even though it
is in transit. This information may be delayed up to 24 hours due
to scanning delays on part of Carrier.
Environmentally-friendly shipping
RussianTreasure.com
uses environmentally friendly packaging materials wherever possible to
ship your orders. Our shipping boxes meet U.S. Federal Guidelines for
recycled content, and our 100% biodegradable packing peanuts dissolve
upon contact with water.
